About the Role: Join a busy, vibrant Orthopaedic practice as a Medical Receptionist! We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role involves answering phones, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We have two positions available: One at our Knox Private Hospital location. One at our Fitzroy - St Vincent's location. Both positions are casual/part-time, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. Booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments. Assisting with patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Supporting administrative tasks as required.

About You: Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (preferred). Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A team player with a passion for providing top-notch patient care.
