BNB Co Host, Tropical BNB. Darwin NT. Other (Hospitality & Tourism). Casual/Vacation. $35 – $40 per hour. BNB Co-Host (Casual, Darwin City). We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join the Tropical BNB team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties meet our high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction. You will also communicate directly with guests to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality control inspections of BNB properties during the turnover period (10:00 am to 2:00 pm). Manage stock inventory, including tracking supplies and coordinating restocking as needed. Handle guest communications, addressing inquiries, feedback, or issues promptly and professionally. Perform basic administrative duties, such as maintaining inspection records and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for identifying inconsistencies or areas needing improvement.

Transport: Reliable vehicle for travel between properties (all located in the city area).

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and communication.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Flexibility: Availability to work casual hours, primarily during the 10:00 am - 2:00 pm window, with approximately 10-15 hours per week during the wet season, increasing to 20-30 hours in the dry season.

Additional duties assisting our interior fit out team in furnishing and decorating new properties would be on offer if applicant was seeking extra hours, but is not a requirement of this position.
