Who are we and what do we do? Kallangur Chiropractic is a wellness-based, family-oriented practice that has been serving our local community for over 42years. We strive for exceptional client experience and service whilst providing the best chiropractic care to help our clients reach their full potential.

Role and responsibilities: We seek a highly motivated and mature-minded admin and customer service assistant who will be responsible for all organisational and administration functions within our happy, high-energy, busy practice.

Core responsibilities: greeting clients and creating a welcoming first impression, corresponding with clients over the phone and via email, booking appointments, processing payments and receipts

supporting the chiropractors, digital filing and organising of client records, and preparing waiting rooms and adjustment rooms prior to clients arrival.

While initially starting with 15 hours per week broken into 5-hour shifts, there is potential for additional shifts as our clinic continues to expand and thrive. You would need to be available for at least 2 evening shifts finishing at 8pm. Flexibility to cover other shifts when necessary would be an advantage.
