MVP Property Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Handyperson to join our team servicing the vibrant South East Queensland region. About the Role: As a maintenance handyperson, you’ll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: General Repairs: Patching, plastering, and painting. Carpentry: hanging doors, replacing locks, and fence repairs (e.g., timber post replacement). Window and Door Maintenance: Rescreening security screens and repairing sliding doors. Installations: roller blinds, curtains, and other general fixtures. Bathroom Maintenance: Strip-out, tiling, and minor repairs.

Outdoor Maintenance: Pressure washing, light landscaping, and basic outdoor repairs.

What We’re Looking For A proven track record in general property maintenance or a similar role. Strong multi-trade skills with experience across various tasks such as carpentry, plastering, and minor plumbing. A safety-first approach to all aspects of your work. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Reliable and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements: A valid White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate). Current Australian driver’s licence. National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one). Own tools is an advantage but not essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
