Releaf Dispensary Caloundra, located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, is seeking an experienced and passionate Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to guide our team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants in delivering exceptional patient care.

Your Role As the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will: Lead Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, manage dispensary staff and ensure smooth workflow

Patient Care: Provide exceptional service, including consultations to guide patients through their medicinal cannabis journey.

Maintain compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including medicinal cannabis legislation.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor and support your team to deliver outstanding care and service.

Inventory management: Oversee stock control, including ordering and storage of medicinal cannabis products.

What You Bring Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in pharmacy (experience working with medicinal cannabis is highly regarded).

Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering patient-centered care.
