Responsibilities: Monitor the caving process. Monitoring animal health. Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings. Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed, and other supplies. Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Soil fertility programs. Supervision. 3-4 people. Experience and specialization. Equipment and machinery experience. Feeding and watering system.
