We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a senior intelligence analyst.

About Your New Role: As a senior intelligence analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining a 24/7 intelligence capability to safeguard the safety and security of detainees, staff, and stakeholders. You’ll support predictive analysis and situational awareness to help guide strategic decision-making and policy development. In this role, you will produce high-quality intelligence assessments and bulletins, undertake threat analyses, and generate reports that contribute to operational and strategic objectives.

In your new role, you will: collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence to support compliance with regulations, standards, and policies. Providing insights into potential threats and creating evaluations that inform preventative actions. Producing timely intelligence reports and assessments for use by the national intelligence manager. Leading your team to meet KPIs and supporting them through training, development, and a positive, inclusive work environment. Overseeing compliance within your team to ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety standards and organisational policies.

Your analytical skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to foster a safe and respectful workplace will be essential in driving the success of the intelligence function within the organisation.

About You: You are a strategic and proactive leader with a background in intelligence management and a commitment to safety and integrity. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively support your drive to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will: Hold a Certificate IV in Security Operations or Technical Security or equivalent (mandatory). Have at least one (1) year's experience in undertaking intelligence analyst functions. Gain and retain all police/security clearances required within our industry. Pass any required health assessments. Pass a working with children check. Travel interstate and overseas as required to meet business needs. Provide proof of double vaccination against Covid-19 with a vaccine recognised in Australia. Undergo alcohol and drug testing as required by the business.
