About the Role: Full-Time Position (Monday to Friday). Indoor/Undercover Workspace – work on brand new boats in a comfortable and secure environment. Great Perks: Paid annual leave and superannuation! Product testing.

Key Responsibilities: Fitting brand new outboard motors and state-of-the-art marine electronics. Pre-delivering new engines, including conducting water testing and ensuring optimal performance. Providing top-tier service to ensure every boat meets the highest standards before delivery.

Required Experience: Marine industry experience OR related field with a proven history of working on boats. Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
