Job Description: As the Candidate Experience Consultant, you are responsible for enhancing and optimising the recruitment journey for candidates progressing through the ADF recruitment process. Your role focuses on ensuring a positive, engaging, and seamless experience from initial contact through to onboarding. By applying best practices, utilising technology effectively, and maintaining clear communication, you will create a candidate-centric process that aligns with Adecco’s core values and behaviors.
You will deliver an exceptional level of experience and service to all candidates, ensuring the candidate is cared for during the entire process of their application. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey. Gather and analyse feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the candidates’ experience. Assist candidates effectively and accurately with their applications and through the process, providing correct advice and information on next steps. Ensure accurate and secure management of candidate information within the candidate management system, maintaining data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant data protection requirements.
Work across multiple platforms whilst actively listening and maintaining accurate and thorough journal notes and records regarding candidate interactions, conversations, outcomes, and actions.
Work collaboratively and effectively within the Candidate Experience team to develop and implement cohesive strategies that enhance the overall recruitment journey, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Foster collaborative partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, aligning efforts to deliver exceptional outcomes and uphold Adecco’s commitment to candidate satisfaction.

Your background will demonstrate: strong interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and candidates, ensuring a cohesive and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Proficiency in identifying challenges within the candidate experience process and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and overall outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and coordinate efforts across various departments and stakeholders to achieve cohesive and successful candidate experience initiatives. Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field are desirable.
