Truck Driver, Bains Xpress Inc. Location Woodstock, ON. Salary: 21.00 hourly, / 35 to 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 7 months to less than 1 year. Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy. Load and unload goods. Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment. Perform brake adjustments. Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption. Transport and handle dangerous goods. Credentials. Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses. AZ class license. Air Brakes Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Experience and specialization. Documentation knowledge. Bill of lading. Driver logbook.
