The Role: This position is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate and property management who is looking to build their career. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain valuable hands-on experience with clear pathways for future progression.

Your key responsibilities will include: assisting senior property managers with day-to-day tasks. Serving as the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and service providers. Managing applications, lease agreements, and associated documentation. Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors. Handling email and phone communication in a professional manner. Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate: We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key attributes and skills include: strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A proactive and positive attitude with a "can-do" mindset. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A current QLD real estate registration certificate (or willingness to obtain). A valid driver’s license. Previous experience in real estate or administration is beneficial but not essential—the right attitude and willingness to grow are what we value most!
