Site Supervisor, Civil Works, Invictus Services. Sydney NSW. Foreperson/Supervisors (Construction). Full time. $160,000–$180,000 p.a. + Super + Company Vehicle. Invictus Services has been engaged by one of our business partners, who are renowned for delivering excellence in every aspect of civil construction. This highly respected company prides itself on delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining a safe working environment for everyone involved.
We are looking for 2 highly motivated and experienced site supervisors to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the site. The day-to-day responsibilities will include. Supervise and coordinate all Civil activities, including Stormwater & utility installation and Bulk Earthworks
Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations is upheld at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and equipment. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures. Monitor and report on project progress, including schedules, budgets, and resources. Identify and resolve site-related issues and conflicts. Collaborate with both the internal team and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain site-specific safety plans and emergency response plans
Willingness to get in the trenches with the team and help out when required. To be considered for one of these roles, you will have. 5+ years' experience in civil construction in a supervisory role. A diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. A strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
A ‘people first’ leadership style with the way that you communicate and problem-solve. A natural ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient skills using MS Office and project management software. A valid drivers license and ability to travel to various site locations, as required. What's in it for you? Great question.
