Construction Project Coordinator, Eco House Production. Location: Concord, ON. Salary: 46.00 hourly / 37 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education College/CEGEP. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. AutoCAD. Autodesk REVIT. Area of specialization. Project management.
