The Role: As a full-time butcher at Sellers Quality Meats, you will work with premium, locally sourced meats. Prepare and display products to the highest standards. Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice. Assist with the daily upkeep and setup of the shop display. Participate in community events and educational workshops.

What We're Looking For: Experience: Qualified butchers with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.

Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

Team Player: Someone who can work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Specific tasks: breakdown of beef, pork and lamb and knowledge of small goods: ham, bacon, etc.

Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills. A keen eye for quality and presentation. With a high degree of cleanliness and food handling experience.
