Grill Cook, Line Cook wanted, The Oaks Hotel. Neutral Bay, Sydney NSW. Chefs/Cooks (Hospitality & Tourism). Casual/Vacation. $34 – $45 per hour. The Oaks Hotel, Neutral Bay, is looking for Grill Cook (Grillardin) or Line Cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of experience working the Grill in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to menus and recipes,

Responsibilities: Ensure that food is cooked to the proper temperature and quality standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area. Follow all food safety procedures and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. 25 - 40 hours a week ideally, and must have Australian working rights and have at least 6 months Grill or Line cook experience.
