Call Centre Supervisor (Department Supervisor)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 Yearly for 45 hours per week, Bonus, Medical Benefits, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, Vision Care Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Specific Skills: Coordinate, assign and review work, Establish work schedules and procedures, Train workers in duties and policies, Prepare and submit reports, Resolve work related problems, Requisition supplies and materials
Additional Skills: Utilize computer software, Conduct performance reviews, Prepare statistical reports
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
