Truck Driver (Clothesline Program)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Type of Travel: Local, Provincial/territorial
Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
Communication Equipment Experience: Cellular phone
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Loading and unloading of goods, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use atlases and other trip planning aids, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Handle inquiries from customers
Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
