My Client, located in Dublin West is seeking a Collections Agent to join their Collections Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in Collections and would suit someone looking to build upon their experience to date. Salary: €23k + bonus based on targets

Duties:

    Manage the collections process for your designated portfolio
    Contact arrears customers to make appropriate repayment plans
    Evaluate appropriate payment proposals having assessed customers history
    Maintain accurate records in the relevant systems
    Ensure cash collection activities meet the needs of clients by reducing old debt
    Maximise the collection and collation of high quality dispute information.
    Routine telephone calls to offending customer accounts


Requirements:

    Previous collections experience is essential (minimum 6 months)
    Experience of working in a team environment.
    Experience of working to and performing against set targets
    Excellent telephone manner.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
    Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
