As our Training Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our support staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide safe, effective, and individualized support to our consumers.
This position is perfect for a registered nurse who loves to teach and is committed to person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for support staff. Participate in the creation and review of Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Provide clinical guidance and support on complex care issues. Ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguards standards.
What We're Looking For: Registered Nurse Qualification (or Higher). Experience in developing and delivering training programs to adult learners. Strong understanding of individualized disability supports. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
