Cost Estimator – Construction, Young Roofing & Construction Inc. Location Winnipeg, MB. Salary: 35.20 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time. Day, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements. Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads. Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems. Monitor and adjust contract expenditures. Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors. Liaise, consult, and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
