These managers must have the following: at least two years' relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to handle a large waiter body. Strong at admin. A born leader and trainer. A minimum of two contactable, reliable references. Proven track record of solid work performance. Live in the area/reliable transport or be willing to relocate.
