Responsibilities: Estimate costs of installing equipment. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates. Promote sales to existing clients. Identify and solicit potential clients. Assess the client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from the use of goods or services. Deliver sales presentations. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit the client's needs. Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support. Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services. Resolve product- and service-related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment

Provide customer service. Supervise the activities of other technical sales specialists.
