Job Title: Cook
Number of positions: Two (2)
Job Schedule: Full-time 40hours/week
Salary: $12.00/hour
Education/Certification required: Secondary School education.
Experience required: 2-3 years experience or Trade certification/apprenticeship.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May set up and oversee buffets
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
Candidate Description:
• Must have excellent work ethic
• Must work quickly and efficiently with min. supervision
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work all shifts.
