Dental Receptionist - FT/PT, Blue Tooth Dental. Newtown, Sydney, NSW. Dental (Healthcare & Medical). Full-time. $30–$40 per hour.

About the role: We are seeking a passionate and personable dental receptionist to join our team at Blue Tooth Dental in Newtown, NSW. This full-time or part-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing: Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone, in a friendly and professional manner. Booking and managing patient appointments in our scheduling system. Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services. Processing payments and managing patient accounts. Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. Assisting the dental team with various administrative tasks as required.

What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and management software. A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach. A team player with a positive attitude.
