Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Hire, train, and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervise other hairstylists and other staff. Shampoo customers' hair. Perform receptionist duties. Clean and style wigs and hairpieces. Book appointments. Suggest a hairstyle compatible with the client's physical features and preferences. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair. Apply hair extensions. Provide other hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, and also provide scalp conditioning massages. Provide custom hair and scalp treatment. Experience and specialization. Hair styling techniques. Iron waving/curling. Extensions. Twisting. Relaxing. Roller setting. Blow drying. Hair braiding.
