About the Opportunity
Ceryx is currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Service Delivery Representative to join the team in Toronto, Ontario.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and resellers via telephone, email and meetings, to ensure their complete satisfaction in accordance with Ceryx's high standards of customer satisfaction, applicable Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
As our next Service Delivery Representative, client's will rely on you to understand their needs and be counted on to deliver results.
Please note that business communications will be conducted primarily in French.
Key responsibilities include:
Service invoicing and administration;
Create and manage customer reports and give presentations as required;
Understand and work with Ceryx designed applications and services;
Work with other Service Delivery Representatives, Resellers and TSS Help Desk Reps to monitor service activities and escalations;
Communicate with assigned customers;
Manage and monitor the complete service delivery process;
Control and manage client SLAs;
Handle service inquiries from customers and/or resellers;
Respond to questions from sales regarding client service and service availability; and
Take care of service inquiries in a time efficient manner.
To qualify for this role, you will have a University Degree or comparable experience and preferably 3 years' experience as a Service Delivery Representative. The ability to speak, read and write fluently in English and French is essential for success in this role.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will have an excellent phone manner and the ability to interact effectively with senior-level management. Highly motivated, organized and customer focused, you will work well in a fast paced, team environment.
Proficient at using computers, including MS Office products, you will also have experience with data management. A detailed individual, you will have a high degree of accuracy, be eager to find and correct errors, as well as possess excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.
