Operations Director. Region: Khobar (Jeddah, Dammam, Alkhobar)
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Director to lead and optimize our operational processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing project management, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional management skills, improving efficiency, and driving business growth.
Strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate change are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in food and beverage operations management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
Proven experience managing multi-location operations, ideally in Bahrain and/or KSA.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics, culture, and regulations in Bahrain and KSA
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus but not necessary.
Self-driven, highly motivated, with a strong hunger for success.
Working Conditions: Based in either Bahrain or KSA, with frequent travel between both locations as required. Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications. Only candidates with relevant experience in the food and beverage industry will be considered.
