Position Overview: We are looking for the best of the best. Experienced, dedicated senior technicians/mechanics—join our dynamic team. As a lead tech at UGP, you will work with a great team to diagnose, upgrade, and maintain VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Porsche vehicles, ensuring a top-notch experience every time.

Key Requirements: Work within a skilled team to lead with your experience. Build high-performance packages for the street and track using high-quality components. Fit intakes and downpipes, fuel systems, and turbo upgrades. Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues on European performance vehicles. Strip and build performance/race engines for customer projects. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to optimize vehicle performance. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and best practices.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a technician/mechanic on VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Porsche. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Relevant certifications/qualifications in automotive. Passion for high-performance vehicles and a commitment to quality workmanship.
