A day in the life of a residential accommodation disability support worker at Yooralla.

So what will you actually be doing as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) in Residential Accommodation? This rewarding role supports adults with disabilities one-on-one or in groups, in their homes and occasionally in the community. You will work closely with individuals to implement personalized plans that address their unique needs and goals. No one workday (or night) will be the same! You might support clients with working towards their goals, shopping, appointments, and events; daily living and personal care needs, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene and mobility, and overnight care.
