Sales Supervisor, Kiwi Fresh. Location: Winnipeg, MB. Salary: 21.00 to 25.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 hours per week. Full-time. Starts as soon as possible. Benefits: Other benefits. Languages: English. Education: College/CEGEP. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers. Conduct performance reviews.
