Poachers Pantry is a family-owned business situated on a rural property just 25 minutes from Dickson. We are looking for people with an interest in food and wine to join the Smokehouse Restaurant's Front of House team and our Weddings & Events team.

Shifts are primarily weekends, starting at 11am in the restaurant. Occasional weekday and weekend evening work is available.

Experience in the following areas is beneficial: food running, waiting tables, responsible service of alcohol, and bar work. A supervisor-level position is available for the right candidate. For those without previous hospitality experience, training will be provided.

About you: A person with great interpersonal skills, fast adaptability, and approachability. Willingness to learn new skills. Excellent communicator. Strong work ethic. High personal and professional standards. Poachers is located just over the border in NSW, and an NSW RSA is required. You will need your own transport and driver's license. Other information.
