The position of Registered Conveyancer will be employed on a full-time or part-time (negotiable) basis between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include managing property transactions from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in property deals. Provide expert advice on all matters related to property law and the conveyancing process. Work effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
