Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.) Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Teach interest or professional development courses. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory. Manage cash. Supervision. 3-4 people. Experience and specialization. Area of specialization.
