Job Details: Prepare all architectural drawings in such an accurate level. To apply National Cad Standards. Coordinate with surveyor to prepare the As Built drawings for existing buildings. Incorporate changes or modifications according to the suggestions of the architect or the engineer. Plotting the drawings with required scale using model/layout space and paper space. Provide support & carry out the required tasks requested from Department.
Requirements: Qualifications Requirements Education: Diploma/ or High School Experience: - 8 years (4 of them in UAE) Competencies Knowledge Requirements: - Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations - Civil Defense Regulations Skill Requirements: Computer Skills :- AutoCAD (2D & 3D)Microsoft Office Package ( Word, Excel)Revit (Preferable) Personal Skills :- Teamwork Skills. Effective listening skills Interpersonal Communication/Social skills. Ability to work under pressures & stress Intermediate level in Arabic or English in additional to mother tongue.
