Head of Construction, Eom, Job Type: Employee, Job Status: Full Time, Categories: Engineering & Construction
Job Details: Experience: 10 - 15 Years. Qualification: Degree Qualified. Project Management Qualification. Nationality: No nationalities that have Visa or Access pass restrictions. Indian, South African, European preferred.
Background: Currently working for a large developer or major Contractor in a similar position. Must have a fundamental grass roots knowledge of Construction be able to manage upwards of 30 projects at any one given time while maintaining a lean and dynamic construction team. Previous experience in Hotel projects is required.
Other: Reporting Directly to the Head of Projects, responsible for the management of the Construction team, strategy, planning, reporting, executing, quality control, hand over. Must have a proven track recorded of delivering projects within Strict deadlines and budgets.
