Responsibilities: Prepare and present all meals in accordance with Spur specifications. Ensure food is only prepared according to recognized recipes. Ensure company and statutory regulations are adhered to with regard to safety and hygiene. Assist in all cleaning operations. Assist in production and control of all meals to the company's high standard of quality, portion control, and presentation, operating at all times within budget. Carry out reasonable requests by management and assist other staff members where necessary. Perform duties with required speed, efficiency, and organizational skills. To be at work timeously, daily.
