Responsible for communication and coordination with owners and tenants, handling complaints and emergencies; Supervise the maintenance of property facilities and equipment to ensure normal operation; Manage the property team, including security, cleaning, maintenance and other personnel, to improve team work efficiency; Cooperate in the collection of rental/levy to ensure that the collection rate reaches the target; Coordinate with government departments, communities and related units to maintain a good external environment

Formulate safety management systems, organize safety drills, and prevent emergencies such as theft, water leakage, and fire.
