Female Housekeeping Supervisor, Philippines. Region: Manama (Bahrain).

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee and coordinate the housekeeping operations at our facility. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a female candidate, due to cultural considerations, who possesses extensive experience in a similar role within hotels or private villas.

Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping activities, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained. Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Coordinate with other departments (front desk, maintenance, etc.) to ensure efficient operations. Train and guide housekeeping staff on procedures, safety, and best practices. Maintain inventory of cleaning products and request new supplies as needed. Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements: Female candidates only. Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality (preferably in a supervisory role). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
