Labourer Dogman. A Grade Civil. Perth WA. Laborers (Trades & Services). Full time. $42–$62 per hour. As part of the Armadale Line Upgrade rail project based in Vic Park, A-Grade Earthworks are looking for a laborer with dogman experience to join the team.

This is a hands-on role that involves general laboring duties along with dogging responsibilities, assisting crane operations, and ensuring safe lifting practices on site. We have a couple full-time positions available with immediate start for the right candidates.

Job Tasks and Duties: General site labor, including assisting drainage crew.

Dogman duties such as load slinging & securing—attaching loads to cranes using slings, chains, and lifting gear. Signaling & Communication: Using hand signals, whistles, or radios to guide crane operators safely. Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

Applicants must be able to perform manual handling, digging, carry materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Demonstrate dogging experience. Be physically fit. Have a strong work ethic and reliability. Follow and work within site safety guidelines. An ability to work within a team and unsupervised.

Requirements: Current and valid driver's license. Construction White Card. Dogman ticket. RIW Accreditation (preferred).
