Ray White Real Estate is looking for a dynamic people leader with real estate experience to manage, support, and grow a high-performing sales team across the Hutt Valley. Reporting to senior leadership (directors & GM), the branch sales manager will lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, driving performance, capability, and sales growth. They will implement strategies to increase market share and revenue while overseeing operations, compliance, and weekly sales meetings. The role includes financial monitoring, aligning branch goals with business strategy, and fostering relationships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. They must possess real estate industry experience with at least a salesperson’s license and a proven successful track record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to inspire and support agents while maintaining accountability. The role also requires business acumen, including financial oversight, sales performance tracking, and strategic growth planning.
