Manpower Coordinator (any nationality). Region: Dammam. We are seeking an experienced manpower coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar. Male, any nationality.  Has a proven track record in coordinating manpower supply operations. Experience in manpower management or human resources. Manages manpower by overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of personnel to meet project demands and human resources goals.

Promotes the company's skilled workforce to potential clients, fosters internal and external relationships, and negotiates contracts to ensure client satisfaction. Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Works collaboratively, is a team player, and is highly dependable. Has valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship—not under agency. Can join immediately—applicants, preferably in Eastern Province.
