Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant accountant to join our finance team. The assistant accountant will assist with managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will play a key role in supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities: assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain and update accurate financial records. Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor and track company expenses and financial transactions. Support payroll processing and tax filings. Assistance with audits and other financial compliance tasks. Provide administrative support to senior accountants as needed.

Qualifications: A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field. Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel is essential). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
