Home Building Contractor. Sunstone Custom Homes Ltd. Location Surrey, BC. Salary: 27.50 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Day, evening, morning.  Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education No degree, certificate or diploma. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Plan and prepare work schedules. Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies. Plan and manage budgets. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Develop and implement business plans. Develop and implement financial and operating plans. Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects. Work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors. Ensure that construction permits are obtained. Develop and implement health and safety plans. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
