Eastleigh, South East, Meridian Business Support is excited to be hiring for our client, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced group procurement manager to join their team in Chandlers Ford. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation skills. You'll play a key role in optimizing supply chain efficiency, ensuring best practices, and driving cost savings.

What You’ll Need: extensive procurement experience across multiple categories. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on value-driven supplier management. Experience with RFx processes (tendering, supplier selection, and contract management). CIPS qualification (or equivalent)—beneficial but not essential. Flexibility to travel (UK-based with some international potential). Location: Chandlers Ford (with 10-15% travel). Salary: Up to £65,000 + company-led bonus.
