Additional Info: We are an established electrical/data company located in Liosban Industrial Estate, Galway, seeking an experienced administration/office accounting professional to join our team.
Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Proficient in Excel, Adobe, and general accounting software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining organized filing systems for various records. Preparing health and safety statements and method statements. Managing invoicing and account statements. Scheduling tasks for staff and coordinating workloads. Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling available.
