Responsibilities: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic inquiries. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel and related itineraries and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage a digital database. Supervise the office and volunteer staff.
