Responsibilities: Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities. Assist with the cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling of medical equipment. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Supply empty bedpans. Take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients. Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Supervise patients' exercise routines. Maintain an inventory of supplies. Bathe, dress, and groom patients. Transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher. Answer call signals to determine patients' needs. Collect specimens. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Credentials. Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate.
