The Perks Boutique Agency services the Gladesville area. 200 properties. $95,000 package. Work in a team of 10+ experienced property managers. No weekend work. No leasing!

The Role: Looking after 200 properties with loads of support. Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords. Attending Tribunals. Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections. Complete repairs & maintenance management.

Arrears control: Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals. Working towards targets and KPIs.

The Candidate: You will have 1 + years’ experience in property management. A current certificate of registration & driver's license. Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate. Property management software experience. Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
