As a management accountant, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between financial results and operational performance. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide high-quality reporting, analysis, and clear insights that directly influence decision-making and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and streamline the month-end reporting process in collaboration with the broader Finance team. Review transactional data for accuracy and alignment with budgets and strategic goals. Lead sales reporting, including invoice entry & BI reporting. Calculate and post prepayments, accruals, and intercompany recharge journals. Prepare actuals vs. budget reporting models, identifying material variances and their operational drivers. Collaborate with operational leaders to gather insightful commentary and track performance metrics. Develop and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards and reports. Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and templates to enhance clarity and reduce duplication. Support environmental and sustainability reporting.

What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline (working towards CPA or CA). Exposure to management accounting with a keen interest to further develop FP&A skills. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Power BI capability. Confidence in presenting complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Agribusiness industry experience will be highly regarded. Willingness to travel domestically as required.
