What we need from you: Qualifications in psychology or mental health social work with current registration or membership. Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching, etc.

Proactive and engaging with organizational customers. Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organizational customers. Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on-selling EAP services to organizational customers. Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients

Flexibility in being able to travel in Perth Metro area or FIFO to sites for short stays
